About and contacting the insurer
Contact Owlexa Healthcare.
Owlexa Healthcare is a healthcare business unit of PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta, an information and communication technology solutions company, launched in 2015. Owlexa provides third party administrator (TPA) services, managing health claims administration on behalf of insurers and client companies, from membership data and member verification at healthcare facilities to claim verification. Owlexa does not underwrite the benefits; your policy remains with your insurer or employer.
For claim administration, contact PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta. Your policy benefits still follow the insurer or employer that covers you.
